Confusion between two sentence forms

Which one is right sentence form?

1. "There are many chances to be snacks there."

OR

2. "There are many chances snacks to be there."

Please give me the right answer with proper explanation.

Hi Damodharan,

Actually, both are incorrect.

The reason is that the verb "to be" is not used that way.

The correct sentence would be something like this:
"There are many chances for the snacks to be there."

OR

"There are many chances there would be snacks."
