Have No Pens or Not Have Pens

Hello,

Can you explain the difference between these two types of statements?

"I will have no pens."

"I will not have pens."

Both are correct.

Native speakers of American English would usually say, I will not have pens or I won't have any pens.

But, it is okay to say, I will have no pens or I have no pens.

All of these sentences mean the same thing and all are correct.
