Mark (be) a salesman. Every day he (call) people up and (offer) them to buy his company's products. He (be) really good at it, too. He always (talk) about how much he (love) his job.

When people (hear) this they (be) usually very surprised. " (be) you serious?" they (ask). "Most people (like) to sell stuff! This guy (hate) to do it, and that guy (not like) it… How (you do) it?"

To that Mark generally (reply), "How (I do) it? Well, it (be not) always like this. In the past I (work) very hard but I (not get) any sales. So I (not like) my job at all. Then I (learn) about how to sell, and (practice) a lot. I (practice) so much that it (become) easy for me. I (start) to make more and more sales. My boss (love) it and he (increase) my salary. Now I (be) very good at it, and I (have) a lot of fun. I (help) people buy the stuff they (need)."

" (you work) as a salesman forever?" people (ask) him.

"I (not know)," Mark (reply). He (think) that he (have) to wait and see. "Maybe I (continue) to work as a salesman," he , "and maybe I (change) my profession. It (depend) on what I (prefer). But for now, I (be) happy!"
